About us

Made in Kathmandu, for the way Nepal lives.

Hi-Tech uPVC Profile Industries designs, fabricates, and installs uPVC windows, doors, and panels from our own sites in the Kathmandu valley — built for valley dust, monsoon rain, and cold winter mornings.

Our story

A local workshop with a factory standard.

Hi-Tech began with a simple observation: homes in Kathmandu were still fitted with frames that swelled in the monsoon, let in dust, and needed painting every few years. Families deserved windows that simply worked.

Today we run our own factory at Bihani Chowk, Tarakeshwar, a glass processing unit at Lambagar, and a fabrication workshop in Tokha. Keeping profiles, glass, and fitting under one roof lets us control quality at every step — and answer for it.

Every frame is cut to the millimetre for its opening, assembled by our own team, and installed by fitters who live and work in the valley.

How we work

Principles we build by.

Good uPVC windows and doors are only as good as the decisions behind them. These four principles guide every project we take on in the Kathmandu valley — from a single bedroom window to a full commercial facade.

  1. Built for Nepal

Profiles, gaskets, and glass are chosen for Kathmandu conditions — fine valley dust, heavy monsoon rain, strong UV, and cold winter mornings.

    UV-stable profiles · weather-tight seals

  2. Made to measure

We measure every opening on site and fabricate each window and door to size, so frames sit square in local brick and concrete walls.

    On-site measurement · custom fabrication

  3. Honest advice

We recommend the opening type, glazing, and hardware your room actually needs — and give a clear, itemised quote before any work begins.

    Free consultation · itemised quotes

  4. We stay accountable

Our own factory, our own fitters, and our own aftercare team. If something needs adjusting after handover, we come back and fix it.

    Warranty-backed · local aftercare
